Returns & Refunds Policy
All print items are custom made-to-order for our customers , and not pre-made as such. Once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for a simple change of mind. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions and note that the colours you see on your screen may not be an exact match to the colour-corrected print.
We will happily replace or refund your print if it is delivered faulty or damaged in transit, or appearing vastly different from how we describe in the listing on the website as according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act.
If a print is damaged or not the correct item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of the item, the packaging and the carton or tube to show damage. Do not throw out the packaging as this is how we would get the goods sent back to us should there be any damage incurred in transit to you.
All returns (due only to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us.
Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.
